Conference registration and payment
Number of authors per one research paper: not more than 4 (four) authors.
Participation fee for the research paper and presentation:
1. Participation fee for LBTU students and affiliates:
1.1. Two authors - EUR 10.0
1.2. Three authors - EUR 15.0
1.3. Four authors - EUR 20.0
2.Participation fee for participants from other universities:
The participation fee (two, three or four authors) - EUR 40.0
3. For the presentation without an abstract - EUR 10,0.
Deadline for registration and submission of abstracts is March 11th, 2024, extended until March 25th, 2024, extended until April 5th.

Description of payment: the conference “Students on Their Way to Science” (indicating the names of participants who are transferring the fee).
Students shall indicate their supervisors as their co-authors.
The authors are responsible for the content of the abstracts.
Submission of abstract
Fill out given registration form to register for SWS conference.
After you have registered for the conference, you will be able to login and submit your abstract.
Follow the template for writing your abstract in the section “CALL FOR ABSTRACTS”.
Students are expected to participate in the conference with an oral presentation if they have submitted their abstracts. The conference does not provide an option of participation only with abstracts.
